About the Role
Blackmont Consulting is looking for motivated and analytical individuals to join its consulting team as Business Consultant Interns. Interns will work in teams of 5–6 consultants on live client projects across various industries, supporting organisations through research, business analysis, strategic planning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support client projects.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify business trends and insights.
• Develop strategic recommendations to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare skilled client presentations and reports.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical techniques to real-world business scenarios.
• Contribute to project discussions, planning and client deliverables. Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.




• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage responsibilities independently.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Commitment of approximately 10–12 hours per week for a minimum of three months. Programme Details
• Minimum two-month consulting programme.
• Fully remote and flexible working arrangement.

• Potential opportunities for extension or promotion to Project Manager based on performance.
