Role Description The Event Coordinator role at PacayaFog Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi. The Event Coordinator plans, organizes, and executes events such as concerts, DJ parties, club events, and promotional shows, ensuring smooth operations from pre-event setup to post-event wrap-up. This role includes coordinating with artists, vendors, and venue staff; managing timelines; handling guest inquiries; and overseeing logistics such as equipment, décor, and technical requirements. The Event Coordinator also supports marketing activities for events, tracks budgets, prepares basic reports,



and works closely with management to enhance attendee experience and brand visibility. Regular evening and weekend work may be required, depending on event schedules. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills for organizing and executing concerts, parties, and promotional events.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with artists, partners, and guests.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills and a basic understanding of marketing to support event promotions and ticket or table sales.
• Relevant experience in entertainment, hospitality, or media events is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, handle multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with basic office software and event management tools is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
