Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Engineer–Design Engineering (Mechanical) role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing mechanical components and systems for blow molding machines, including structural elements, mechanisms, and mold interfaces. The engineer will create and modify detailed 3D and 2D CAD models and drawings, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and adherence to Uniloy standards.



Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing basic calculations and design validations, preparing technical documentation, and supporting production and service teams with design-related queries. The role may also involve continuous improvement of existing designs, cost optimization, and participation in design reviews. Qualifications
• Solid mechanical design foundation, including Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design skills.
• Experience in Design Engineering and Product Design for industrial machinery or equipment.
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and tolerancing for mechanical components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn blow molding technologies.
