Role Description The Electrical Engineering Specialist is a full-time role based in Hyderabad in a hybrid work model, combining in office presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will design, review, and optimize electrical systems and components for precision engineering applications, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating electrical schematics, performing load and power calculations, supporting equipment installation and commissioning, and troubleshooting electrical issues on manufacturing lines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders,



and preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations. The specialist will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and technology upgrades to enhance system reliability and performance. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong core skills in Electrical Engineering and a solid understanding of Electricity, including power systems and industrial applications.
• Candidates should possess Electrical Design skills, including experience with schematics, circuit design, and relevant design and simulation tools.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for diagnostics, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and system optimization.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for effective collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in precision or industrial manufacturing environments, familiarity with ISO standards, and knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance are beneficial.
