Role Description The Field Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles in logistics and mobility services. This position involves sourcing candidates through field visits, local networks, job fairs, and partnerships with training institutes; screening and interviewing candidates; and coordinating selection processes with hiring managers. The Field Recruiter will schedule and conduct interviews, manage documentation, and support onboarding to ensure smooth deployment of new hires. The role also includes maintaining candidate databases,



tracking recruitment metrics, and providing regular hiring status reports. In addition, the Field Recruiter will collaborate with HR and operations teams to understand manpower requirements, support employer branding activities in the region, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and local labor regulations. Qualifications
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially field hiring for blue-collar or frontline roles, with strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Ability to build and maintain local talent pipelines through community outreach, training institutes, job fairs, and vendor or agency partnerships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidate groups, hiring managers, and operational teams.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
• Basic proficiency in using recruitment tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and HR best practices relevant to frontline workforce management.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or service industries is an advantage.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a specialization in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Comfort with extensive field work in and around Kochi, including visits to client sites, candidate locations, and sourcing hubs.
