• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and onboarding.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and recruitment databases.
• Support employee engagement and HR operations. Required
Skills:
• Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills. Eligibility:
• BBA / MBA (HR) / B.
Com / BA or related fields.
• Freshers and students are welcome.
