Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, organizing merchandising and displays, managing inventory, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. This role is responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer experiences, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Store Manager monitors sales performance, implements retail loss prevention practices, and ensures accurate cash handling and reporting.



The position also involves training and guiding team members, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and collaborating with leadership on promotions and performance goals. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with management.
• Experience in Store Management, including supervising staff, inventory oversight, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and maintain compliance with company policies.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail or fashion store management, preferably in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, analyze store performance, and drive improvements.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accountability for results.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
