Role Description The Caller role is a full-time, on-site position based at RG Stone Urology & Laparoscopy Hospital in Dhakuria (Kolkata). The Caller will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about hospital services, confirm appointments, and support patients with admission, discharge, and follow-up queries. Daily responsibilities include updating and maintaining call logs and patient records,



routing calls to appropriate departments, and escalating urgent issues to clinical or administrative staff. The Caller will collaborate with front office and operations teams to ensure smooth communication flow and a positive experience for patients and caregivers. Qualifications
• Strong communication and active listening skills, with a explicit and professional telephone manner.
• Customer service and patient support abilities, including empathy, patience, and conflict resolution.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry, use of hospital information systems, and familiarity with MS Office tools.
• Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining call and patient records.
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
