Job Title: Hardware Design and Validation Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design and Validation Engineer with robust expertise in high-speed hardware design, board bring-up, power supply design, and validation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PCIe, DDR, high-speed serial interfaces, and DC-DC switching power supplies.

Key Responsibilities
• Hands-on experience in high-speed hardware designs, including PCIe, DDR, and other serial interfaces.
• Strong design and testing experience in switching DC power supplies.
• Experience working on high-speed processor-based designs.
• Ability to perform high-speed board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
• Understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) requirements for high-speed and power designs.
• Experience using advanced lab equipment such as high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, power/data analyzers, DDR/NAND memory characterization tools, and noise injection equipment.
• Extensive experience in the characterization, testing, and debugging of high-power DC-DC switching regulators.
• Strong understanding of power efficiency, transient response,



and thermal performance under different load conditions.
• Experience in high-bandwidth oscilloscope measurements, switch-node tuning, and gate-drive optimization to minimize EMI and voltage instability.
• Knowledge of high-efficiency power architectures, from prototype development to high-volume production.
• Understanding of power-loss and backup power circuits, including measurements of different energy storage mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with system communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, and SMBus.
• Experience in DDR/NAND memory testing and characterization.
• Willingness to learn and understand the client's design and development processes.
• Ability to develop automation scripts and implement test automation. Required
