CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Diploma / B.
E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in plastic packaging, extrusion and thermoforming industries.
• Robust knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Experience in managing industrial utilities and maintenance teams.
• Good troubleshooting, planning and leadership skills. Location

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
• Handle maintenance of extrusion and thermoforming machines.
• Manage plant utilities, including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, electrical systems and HVAC.
• Lead the maintenance team, technicians and electricians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage critical spare parts, inventory and maintenance costs.
• Identify recurring breakdowns, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with machine manufacturers and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
