Bangalore We at Coforge are hiring Servicenow Platform Architect with hands-on experience in ITOM,ITSM and the following skillsets Please find below JD : Define and own the overall ServiceNow platform architecture and instance strategy. Provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow workflows including:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
• Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Customer Service Management (CSM) Establish platform governance, design standards, and best practices.
Design scalable and secure integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party platforms. Lead CMDB architecture, data governance, and service mapping initiatives. Drive workflow automation using Flow Designer and low-code capabilities. Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define platform roadmaps. Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Mentor development and implementation teams on ServiceNow architecture best practices. Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance requirements are met.
