Food & Accommodation provided by the company Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager for a reputed 5-Star Luxury Resort in Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing premium luxury resort operations, with excellent expertise in Food & Beverage (F&B;), guest experience, team management, and event operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day resort operations, ensuring high service standards, maintaining guest satisfaction, and managing large-scale events, including destination weddings and banquets.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the overall day-to-day operations of the luxury resort.
• Ensure smooth coordination between all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations.
• Maintain 5-star hospitality and service standards while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
• Manage F&B; operations, including restaurant services, food quality, service standards, and operational efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute destination weddings, banquets, corporate events, and large-scale functions.
• Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.




• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise departmental teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve operational issues, and ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to achieve business and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Key Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations Management within 5-Star Luxury Hotels or Premium Luxury Resorts.
• Prior experience in premium resort operations is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in Food & Beverage (F&B;) operations.
• Proven experience in handling destination weddings, banquets, and large-scale events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of resort operations, guest relations, and service quality standards.
• Candidates from Uttarakhand will be preferred.
• Previous experience working in Jim Corbett or other Corbett luxury resorts will be an added advantage.
