The work type would be remote. Scribd and SlideShare reach a huge audience of professionals, students, and curious readers, and this role is about turning that reach into advertising revenue. If you’ve sold digital or programmatic ads and have a record of growing revenue, we should talk. What you’ll do
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and account management.
• Drive ad revenue in your market through direct sales,



programmatic, and digital media partnerships.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets through new clients, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Build strong relationships with agencies, brands, and decision-makers such as media planners, buyers, and marketing heads.
• Pitch the right solutions for each client’s goals, with a solid grasp of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, PMPs, and programmatic guaranteed deals.
• Keep a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Who you are
• Based in Delhi or Mumbai, with an established network of agencies, media buyers, brands, and direct advertisers.
• 2-5 years in digital, programmatic, or AdTech sales, with a proven record of hitting targets, winning clients, and closing deals.
• Hands-on experience selling digital ad inventory or programmatic solutions, and a clear understanding of media planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and owning your market.  Nice to have
• Understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and RTB.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager, DV360, or similar platforms.
• Fluency in campaign metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, impressions, and ROAS. Compensation and
