Role Description The Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing detailed project schedules, coordinating production planning, and monitoring progress to ensure interior and fit-out projects are delivered on time and within scope. The Planning Engineer will analyze resource requirements, track material and manpower allocation, and support project control activities such as progress reporting, variance analysis, and risk identification. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project managers, site teams, vendors,



and clients to align timelines, resolve planning issues, and maintain accurate documentation. The individual will also contribute to improving planning processes and ensuring compliance with company standards and safety practices. Qualifications
• Ability to perform structured Planning and Production Planning for multiple interior and fit-out projects.
• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Experience in Project Control, including scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior/Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar software).
• Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and site execution workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage deadlines, and collaborate in a fast-paced project workplace.
