About Nometria Nometria is an early-stage AI infrastructure company based in Bangalore. We're a small, founder-led team working with engineering teams that are building and deploying AI in production.

About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Associate to join the Founder's Office and work directly with our CEO on go-to-market. You'll help build our pipeline, run growth experiments across channels, and bring back what you learn from the market to shape how we position and sell. It's a high-ownership role with broad exposure, suited to someone who wants to learn how an early-stage company finds its first customers.

What You'll Do
Growth experiments: plan, run and measure experiments across LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube and Instagram, and double down on what works Outbound and pipeline: research target accounts, run personalised outreach on LinkedIn and email, and book meetings for the founders Community and events: build relationships with founders and engineers,



and represent Nometria at meetups and in person Founder's Office projects: take on cross-functional projects as priorities change What We're Looking For 0 to 2 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, consulting or a startup role Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort with cold outreach A high sense of ownership, with a bias for action and the ability to work through ambiguity Strong organisation: you can turn a broad goal into a clear plan and follow through Curiosity about AI and technology, and the ability to pick up recent concepts quickly Nice to Have Experience growing a social media account, newsletter or community Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or developer tools Experience at an early-stage startup or in a Founder's Office role
