Role Description The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging English language and literature lessons to students in accordance with the school curriculum. Day-to-day tasks include planning and preparing lessons, creating instructional materials, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learning progress. The role involves managing classroom activities, encouraging active participation, and fostering reading, writing, and speaking skills. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, participate in staff meetings,



and engage with parents or guardians regarding student progress. This is a full-time, in office role based in Madhugiri. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse learners.
• Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design effective, curriculum-aligned learning activities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant academic qualifications in English, Education, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) are preferred.
• Experience working in a school environment and familiarity with age-appropriate pedagogical methods are beneficial.
• Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom climate and manage time and responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in using basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning is an advantage.
