Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and enrollment efforts for Orchid Research’s training programs. This internship role is based on-site in Ghaziabad and involves assisting with lead generation, explaining course offerings to prospective learners, and following up with inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential learners via phone or in person, maintaining basic records of interactions, supporting promotional activities, and providing courteous customer service. The intern will collaborate with the sales team, receive guidance on training and product knowledge,



and contribute to achieving enrollment and engagement targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and respond to inquiries professionally.

• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to understand program content and explain it clearly to interested individuals.
