About the job Dcluttr is an AI copilot for quick commerce. We are challenging a brand’s most trusted decision-making tool: gut feeling. Our users are brand managers and growth teams who live inside dense data every day. Your job is to make that data feel obvious, and to make every screen lead to a decision. We are not looking for someone average. We are looking for one sharp designer who can own the entire product experience, build systems from scratch, and make robust calls with high ambiguity and strong accountability. As an early team member, you will work closely with the founders, shape how thousands of brands interact with AI, and grow rapidly in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end design of the Dcluttr platform, from analytics dashboards to ads automation to AI copilot workflows
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that keeps the product consistent as we ship fast
• Turn complex, data-heavy problems into clean, intuitive interfaces that users act on
• Design AI-native experiences: conversational interfaces, agent workflows, and recommendations users trust
• Talk to brands directly, run quick research, and turn insights into product decisions
• Work closely with founders, product, and engineering to ship high-quality work at very high speed




• Use AI tools to prototype, test, and iterate 10x faster than traditional design cycles

Requirements:
• 2+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, analytics, or data-heavy products
• A portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of complex products, not just polished screens
• Mastery of Figma, including building and scaling design systems
• Strong grasp of data visualisation, information hierarchy, and dashboard design
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Figma Make, v0, Cursor, Claude or similar) to prototype and ship faster
• Working understanding of front-end constraints so your designs ship as intended
• Hunger to solve tough, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment
