• CRM Executive — 2–4 years
• Senior CRM Executive / Assistant Manager — 4–7 years
• CRM Manager — 7+ years ? What we're looking forCandidates with hands-on experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales with a solid understanding of the customer lifecycle after booking. Key exposure should include:
• Customer handling related to booking, payments, demands & documentation
• BBA / Agreement execution and documentation
• Demand / Area Variation Demand
• Registry & Transfer cases
• Possession & Handover
• Customer escalations, including legal / financial matters
• Coordination with Legal, Accounts, Projects & Facility teams
• CRM/ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, 4QT, Farvision or equivalent
• MIS, TAT management and case tracking ⭐ Ideal CandidateSomeone who has worked with a real-estate developer/builder in a post-sales CRM role and can independently manage customer cases from booking through possession and beyond. ?
