Our store is a genuine destination — a premium, character-led toy experience spanning Hot Wheels, LEGO, Nerf, Barbie, Marvel, Star Wars and more. Online, we've built the full catalogue on Shopify and grown our Instagram from 100 to 10,000 followers in just four months through organic content. The channel is built — now it needsto be fed. Our website today runs on organic traffic alone. This role exists to change that: to turn bonlavie.com into a profitable, repeatable D2C revenue engine, with the customer relationship staying entirely ours (no marketplaces). If you want real ownership of a channel and visible impact on a growing brand, this is it. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to own and grow our online revenue through paid advertising. This is an execution-first role — you will personally build, launch, and optimise Meta and Google campaigns every single day. You'll live inside the ad accounts and the numbers, not above them.
You'll be the person who takes our built-but-unfed D2C channel and makes it profitable. You'll report directly to the founder, own the paid budget, and be measured on the revenue you drive — not on impressions or clicks.

What You'll Do
Paid Advertising — Execution ● Plan, build and run Meta Ads(Facebook & Instagram) hands-on ● Manage Google Ads across Search, Shopping, Display and YouTube ● Structure cold, warm and retargeting campaigns ● Scale winning campaigns profitably; test new audiences,



creatives and funnels Revenue & ROAS Ownership ● Own Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and hit target ROAS benchmarks ● Monitor daily performance and control day-to-day budget allocation Funnel & Conversion ● Improve landing-page performance and work with the Website Manager on CRO ● Reduce cart abandonment and lift average order value via bundles and upsells Creative Testing ● Brief the content team, identify winning hooks and angles, and test UGC-style creatives ● Feed data-driven direction back to creators and plan a monthly creative roadmap Data & Reporting ● Track performance across Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics(GA4) and Shopify ● Report weekly to the founder; monitor LTV vs CAC and flag scaling opportunities Retention Marketing (bonus) ● Email and WhatsApp automation flows and repeat-purchase retargeting Who You Are ● 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (D2C strongly preferred) ● Strong, practical command of Meta Ads and a working understanding of Google Ads ● Comfortable living in ad accounts and data — you enjoy building and optimising, not just strategizing ● Analytical, self-driven, and accountable to numbers Nice to have: experience in kids / toys/ retail, Shopify brands, GA4, and a good sense for creative.
