5-15 Years ? Employment Type: Full-Time ? Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) ? Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days We are looking for experienced Planning & Scheduling professionals with expertise in Refinery Planning, Refinery Scheduling, Linear Programming, and Oil & Gas processes. Mandatory

Skills:
• Solid proficiency in Linear Programming (LP)
• Experience with refinery planning tools such as Aspen PIMS, Honeywell RPMS, Haverly GRTMPS, or Spiral
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Aspen APS, MBO, H-Sched, or Honeywell Production Scheduler
• Knowledge of refinery and petrochemical processes, feedstock ranking, rolling plans, and plant debottlenecking
• Experience with Advanced Excel, VBA, and SQL
• Background in Refinery, Petrochemical,



or Oil & Gas industries

Key Responsibilities
• Lead client requirement gathering and solution design
• Manage end-to-end Planning & Scheduling implementation
• Lead teams and coordinate solution delivery
• Work on refinery planning, scheduling, and LP models
• Support Fit-Gap analysis and application integration Preferred

Qualifications:
• Aspen HYSYS / KBC Petro-SIM experience
