Much of the work in an Indian hospital still happens on paper, from memory or over the phone. Patientsqueue to register and repeat their symptoms at every desk. Doctors write notes after the consultation. Insurance claims get rejected because the record is incomplete, and patient calls go unanswered. We build the products that take this work off doctors and hospital staff: AI that takes a patient's history, documents consultations and surgeries, prepares medical coding and insurance claims, and handles patient calls and follow-ups, along with a complete hospital management system that also connects to the software hospitals already use. Everything works by voice, in the languages doctors and patients actually speak, so a patient who can't read can use it as easily as a specialist in a metro hospital. The Role You'll own quality, compliance and security across the whole platform. In healthcare, a bug can mean a wrong medical record or exposed patient data, so you decide when something is ready to ship. How We Work
• We work in pods. Each pod has a Forward Deployed Engineer who owns the product and a Founder's Office member who acts as delivery manager.
• QA is a shared team across all pods, so you test what every pod builds.
• You plan testing around each pod's release timelines and set priorities when several pods ship at once.
• Developers test their own code first. You go deeper. What You'll Own
• Testing: write test plans and cases, run manual and regression testing before every release, and sign off releases.
• Automation: build and maintain automated tests for web,
mobile and APIs (Playwright or Selenium, Appium, Postman or similar).
• Voice AI testing: check accuracy across Indian languages, accents and noisy settings, and verify that records match what was actually said.
• Load and performance testing: find what breaks when a busy hospital uses the platform at once (JMeter, k6 or Locust).
• UAT: prepare UAT scripts, run UAT with the pod's delivery manager, and track sign-off.
• Compliance: keep the platform aligned with the DPDP Act 2023 and ABDM standards (consent, data retention, access logs), check automated calling against TRAI rules (DLT, DND, calling hours), and maintain audit evidence.
• Security: test against the OWASP Top 10, run basic VAPT, check access control and secrets handling, and coordinate external security audits.
• Bug tracking: write explicit reports and follow every issue through to a verified fix. You'll Fit If You
• Have 1–2 years of experience in software testing.
• Have written automated tests in Python or JavaScript and tested APIs with Postman or similar.
• Understand the OWASP Top 10 and have done some hands-on security testing.
• Can read a regulation like the DPDP Act and turn it into a practical checklist.
• Write bug reports a developer can act on without asking you a question.
• Live in Indore or are open to relocating. Good to have: ISTQB, Burp Suite or OWASP ZAP, experience with healthcare, fintech or other regulated products. Hours and Hiring Process Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, on-site at our Indore office. This is a priority hire, so we're moving fast and prefer immediate joiners. 1. Shortlisting 2. Interview 1 3. Task 4. Final interview
How To Apply
Apply on LinkedIn and, in the screening question, list three bugs you'd look for first in a voice-AI app that talks to patients in Hindi, and why. Applications without it won't be reviewed.
