About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Junior Social Media Strategist to manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple brands. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, responding to messages, and supporting overall social media operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
• Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish reels, posts, stories, and other content.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media accounts. 2. Community Management
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Engage with followers and maintain active online communities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries.
• Escalate important enquiries or concerns when required. 3. Content Planning & Execution
• Assist in brainstorming content ideas, trends, and campaign concepts.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and story copy.




• Coordinate with designers and content creators for timely execution.
• Identify trending formats, audios, and content opportunities. 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track basic social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify top-performing content and suggest improvements. 5. Coordination & Ad Hoc Tasks
• Support social media campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements and approvals.
• Handle ad hoc social media tasks, urgent posting requirements, and other platform-related activities.
• Assist with basic Meta Business Suite and social media account management. Skills & Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
• Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
• Strong written communication and caption-writing skills.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proactive, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts. What We're Looking For Someone who takes ownership of daily social media operations, communicates effectively, meets deadlines, and can manage multiple tasks independently while bringing fresh ideas to the team.
