Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads and achieve campaign objectives.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Track campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of advertising spend. ✅ Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with campaign tracking, analytics, and performance metrics.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.




• Willingness to learn and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends. ? Preferred Qualifications
• Internship or prior experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and social media marketing.
• Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis. ?
