Media & Brand Partnerships Lead (Events) OFF/CALL
· Remote ABOUT OFF/CALL OFF/CALL is a community for doctors and medical students, about their lives beyond medicine: their talent, humour and stories. In six weeks we've grown to 1,300+ followers and 278K monthly views on Instagram, and partnered with medical college fests. We're now launching small, premium, ticketed experiences for doctors: heritage walks, slow weekends in the hills and curated evenings, starting with smaller cities. THE ROLE You'll bring the right brands into OFF/CALL. You'll pitch our community and experiences to brands, build long-term partnerships, and make every collaboration feel natural to our audience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Identify and pitch brands that fit our audience: lifestyle, travel, hospitality, fitness, coffee, audio, fashion and finance
• Close sponsorships and barter partnerships for our events and experiences
• Build partnership decks and proposals with our team
• Manage brand relationships from first pitch to post-event results
• Explore media and PR opportunities that grow OFF/CALL's visibility
• Help plan which experiences we launch,



based on brand interest WHO YOU ARE
• 3+ years in PR, media, events or brand partnerships
• You've personally closed brand sponsorships or collaborations
• You have an existing network of brands and agencies
• You write and pitch confidently in English
• You're self-driven and enjoy building something from scratch THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
• Your experience is mainly in sales, BD or B2B lead generation
• You haven't yet closed a brand partnership yourself WHAT YOU GET
