Role Description The German Language Trainer will deliver structured German language classes to learners preparing for study abroad, work, or travel, ensuring clear progress from beginner to advanced levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, and assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback. The trainer will also support learners with exam preparation, language practice for visa or university interviews, and collaborate with the counseling team to align language training with each learner’s overseas education goals. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bharuch, requiring regular classroom engagement and participation in academic activities organized by Kanan.co Bharuch. Qualifications
• Robust German language proficiency (minimum B2 level; C1 preferred), with clear grammar, vocabulary, speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills.
• Experience in language teaching or training, including lesson planning, classroom management, and use of modern teaching methods and learning resources.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly, motivate learners, and provide constructive feedback.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple batches, maintain learner records, and meet academic schedules and goals.
• Familiarity with study abroad processes and related exams (e.g., IELTS, other language or academic tests) is an advantage.
• Relevant academic background such as a degree in German language, linguistics, education, or certification from recognized language institutes.
• Comfort with using digital tools for teaching (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) and basic computer skills.
• Prior experience working with diverse learner groups and a learner-centered, inclusive approach to training.
