Vasanth Nagar, Bangalore Role Summary Genomics Associate supports translational science initiatives by assisting with genomics interpretation and limited bioinformatics tasks, helping convert genetic data into actionable insights for preventive and longevity-focused programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support genomics interpretation across functional genomics, pharmacogenomics, hereditary risk, carrier screening, and polygenic risk scores.
- Review and summarize variants using established databases and scientific literature.
- VCF, FASTQ analysis for NGS data and proficient in genomic databases
- Literature reviews
- Coordinate with labs and internal teams for data clarifications. Qualifications & Skills
- MSc in Genetics / Biotechnology
- Familiarity with NGS tools, VCFs and variant annotation preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience
