• Ability to work with structured systems, CRMs, and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and a structured approach to work, especially in compliance-focused environments.
• Interest in or exposure to crypto markets, financial operations, or trading desks is an advantage.
