Role Summary Lead the architectural design of high-end residential projects in Mumbai from concept to handover, making sure designs are premium, buildable and compliant with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop concept, schematic and detailed designs for luxury residential towers, including unit layouts, façades and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034, MCGM / MMRDA norms, NBC, fire regulations and CRZ where applicable.
• Prepare drawings for approvals (IOD, CC, fire NOC, environmental clearance, high-rise committee) and liaise with authorities.
• Support Maha RERA registration with the required drawings and design details.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, landscape, interior and façade consultants; resolve design clashes.
• Issue GFC drawings, visit site regularly, handle RFIs and support handover and the Occupancy Certificate.
