About the Role
- We are looking for a creative, confident, and self-driven Content Creator who can independently develop engaging content concepts and bring them to life through videos, reels, and other digital content formats. The ideal candidate should be comfortable presenting in front of the camera, understand how to create content for different business categories, and have the ability to transform business objectives into engaging, audience-focused content. We are looking for someone who doesn't just execute ideas but can think creatively, develop concepts independently, write scripts, and confidently present content on camera.

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Content Concept Development
- Independently brainstorm and develop creative content concepts based on business categories, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitor content, trending formats, and audience preferences to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Develop unique concepts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other social media platforms.
- Transform business requirements and marketing briefs into engaging and actionable content ideas. 2. On-Camera Presentation
- Confidently present and perform in front of the camera for reels, promotional videos, brand campaigns, and other video content.
- Deliver scripts naturally with explicit communication, appropriate expressions, and engaging presentation.
- Participate in video shoots and represent the company or its clients when required. 3. Scriptwriting and Storytelling
- Write creative scripts, hooks, dialogues, and storytelling-based content for short-form videos.
- Develop strong opening hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Create content that balances creativity, audience engagement, brand positioning, and marketing objectives.




- Adapt scripts and communication styles to suit different brands, industries, and target audiences. 4. Content Research and Trend Analysis
- Stay updated with trending reels, audio, content formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Identify trends that can be creatively adapted to different business categories.
- Conduct research to develop original concepts rather than simply replicating existing content. 5. Content Production and Collaboration
- Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, videographers, and editors to execute content ideas.
- Participate in content planning, shoot preparation, and creative discussions.
- Provide clear creative direction for video execution, including presentation style, scene flow, and visual references.
- Review the final output to ensure it aligns with the original concept and brand requirements. 6. Content Planning and Execution
- Develop content ideas and scripts according to the content calendar and campaign requirements.
- Create content for brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage multiple content requirements across different business categories while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Incorporate feedback and improve concepts based on content performance and audience response. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, particularly for digital and social media platforms.
- A robust portfolio showcasing previously created content is mandatory.
- Must be comfortable and confident presenting in front of the camera.




- Ability to independently develop creative concepts without depending entirely on pre-written briefs or ideas from others.
- Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
- Ability to create attention-grabbing hooks and engaging video narratives.
- Good understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and content engagement.
- Ability to research different industries and develop category-specific content.
- Strong creative thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team. What We Expect From the Candidate We are looking for a candidate who can take a business requirement and independently turn it into a complete content concept. For example, when given a business category and its marketing objective, the candidate should be able to:
- Research the business and understand its target audience.
- Identify a creative angle that differentiates the content.
- Develop a compelling concept and opening hook.
- Write a complete script with a clear narrative and call to action.
- Present the content confidently in front of the camera.
- Suggest suitable visual approaches and execution ideas. The candidate should demonstrate original thinking, practical content creation experience, and the ability to execute ideas from concept to camera. Candidates applying for this position must submit: 1. Portfolio: Links to previously created content, including reels, videos, or other relevant work. 2. On-Camera Videos: At least 2–3 examples of videos in which the candidate personally appears and presents or performs in front of the camera. 3. Concept Development Samples: Examples of original concepts or scripts independently developed by the candidate. 4. Experience Details: A brief summary of previous content creation experience and the business categories they have worked with.
