To accelerate our footprint and expand our reach, we are looking for an ambitious, result-oriented Business Development Manager. What You’ll Drive: B2B & CSR Alliances: Lead outreach and forge robust partnerships with corporate CSR wings, philanthropic foundations, and institutional donors to sponsor and scale distribution drives. Institutional & Government Channels: Navigate public procurement, identify state-level assistive tech initiatives, and partner with relevant NGOs and nodal welfare bodies. Micro-Entrepreneurship Programs: Create tie-ups with regional livelihood missions and self-help groups to equip specially-abled entrepreneurs with custom mobility tools. Pipeline Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales and partnership cycle—from lead generation, proposal pitching, and stakeholder alignment to contract execution. Who Fits Best:



Freshers or experienced candidates willing to contribute their expertise. Candidate having strong network within corporate CSR committees, non-profit ecosystems, or public procurement is a distinct advantage. Candidate with high autonomy, strong negotiation skills, and compelling pitch-deck/proposal drafting abilities. Candidate having a genuine drive to build a career where commercial growth directly produces social impact. Candidate with analytical & research Mindset , ability to map target accounts, analyze market data, and synthesize actionable insights. Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a Degree/Diploma in Marketing, social work, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). ?
