Website: www.purvgroup.in Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment across the Group. The candidate must have a strong industry network, an excellent understanding of technical and functional job requirements, and the ability to independently identify, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead recruitment across corporate functions and manufacturing units, ensuring timely closure of positions.
• Technical Hiring: Thoroughly understand technical job requirements, particularly for manufacturing, engineering, production, maintenance, quality, and other specialised roles.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct rigorous initial screening to assess technical suitability, experience, capabilities, stability,



and overall fit before sharing profiles with management.
• Industry Network: Leverage a robust professional network and multiple sourcing channels to identify relevant and quality candidates.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with department heads and management to understand hiring requirements and ensure accurate candidate selection.
• Recruitment Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong database of relevant candidates across industries and locations.
• Recruitment Management: Track hiring progress, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Mandatory: Prior recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in polymers, plastics, packaging, or related industries will be a strong advantage.
• Strong industry network and proven ability to source candidates independently.
• Excellent understanding of technical roles and ability to translate job requirements into clear candidate selection criteria.
• Strong initial screening and candidate evaluation capabilities. Must be able to distinguish genuinely suitable candidates from profiles that only look valuable on paper.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
