• Client relations management – Managing all communications, addressing queries, organizing meeting, maintaining the TAT etc.
• Design workflow coordinator
- Plan & mange the daily workflow of various internal design, content & IT team and ensuring the deliverables are completed as per commitments
• Organising weekly & monthly reports
• Content planning – Planning social media and content for various design jobs on regular as well as monthly basis
• Social media mgmt – Social posts and ORMs for key clients QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline (MBA, Digital Marketing, Enginneering, domains preffered)
• Diploma/Certification in digital marketing, social media SKILLSET REQUIRED
• Understanding of digital marketing & social media is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of basic design softwares and overall design workflows
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS office
• Experience in problem-solving and critical thinking
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
