The firm’s mission is to transform complex public sentiment into transparent, evidence-led intelligence for political, institutional, corporate, and media stakeholders. Its work spans political and electoral research, regional and constituency intelligence, narrative and discourse analysis, and policy and governance research. Role Description The Public Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies that support NarrativeX Partners’ positioning as a leading public sentiment and political insights firm. Day-to-day tasks include drafting press releases, preparing media briefs, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and media outlets. The Public Relations Executive will manage external communications, support event and launch promotions,



and ensure consistent messaging across traditional and digital channels. The role also involves monitoring media coverage, identifying opportunities for thought leadership, and collaborating with research and leadership teams to translate complex insights into clear public-facing narratives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience managing press interactions and securing coverage.
• Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills, with the ability to craft clear, accurate, and engaging content under tight timelines.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including confident verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with political, policy, or public affairs environments, with the ability to understand and convey complex issues to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a PR agency, political communications, advocacy, or issue-based campaigns will be considered an advantage. •
