About the Role
Rexel India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant – AVEVA Plant SCADA to join our growing Industrial Automation team. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in SCADA implementation, PLC integration, and real-time industrial project execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects, including SCADA, Historian, and Industry 4.0 solutions across sectors like Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
1. SCADA Engineering & Development
- Design, develop, and configure AVEVA Plant SCADA applications
- Create and manage tags, alarms, trends, graphics, dashboards, and scripts
- Develop intuitive HMI screens aligned with industry standards
- Optimize SCADA performance, reliability, and scalability 2. PLC & System Integration




- Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs such as Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell, ABB
- Configure and troubleshoot communication protocols: Modbus, OPC, DNP3, IEC 104, IEC 61850
- Perform end-to-end data acquisition and system connectivity 3. Project Execution & Commissioning
- Participate in FAT and SAT activities
- Lead or support site commissioning
- Troubleshoot real-time deployment issues
- Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance 4. Historian & Analytics
- Implement and configure AVEVA Historian
- Develop reports, trends, and dashboards
- Support data-driven insights for clients 5. Cybersecurity & Architecture
- Design secure SCADA architectures
- Ensure IEC 62443 compliance
- Work on network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access Qualifications BE / BTech in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics / Computer Science / IT OR Diploma with strong hands-on automation experience. Additional information Client Interaction & Support

- Strong hands-on experience in AVEVA Plant SCADA / Citect SCADA

- Familiarity with Historian and analytics tools
- Understanding of IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
