ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer with expertise in Customer Service and Project Operations modules. The ideal candidate will deliver scalable business solutions through customization, configuration, integrations, and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design, develop, and deploy solutions within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Configure and customize Customer Service and Project Operations modules.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, custom APIs, and integrations.
• Create Model-Driven Apps and support Power Platform implementations.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications.
• Develop and support Azure-based integrations.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.




• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. REQUIRED SKILLS
• 5-10 years of application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Expertise in Customer Service and/or Project Operations modules.
• Experience in C#, .
NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience developing plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations.
• Understanding of Azure services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST APIs.
• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills. PREFERRED SKILLS
• Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
