• Act as the main point of contact for event clients
• Understand client briefs, objectives, and budgets
• Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams
• Prepare event proposals, timelines, and costing sheets
• Present concepts and event plans to clients
• Manage vendors, venues, and on-ground logistics
• Oversee end-to-end event planning and execution
• Be present on ground during live events
• Track budgets and ensure projects stay profitable
• Handle client feedback, changes, and escalations
• Prepare post-event reports and share learnings
• Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business
• Mentor and guide junior client servicing executives
