About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Digital Coordinator to join our India office and work closely with our Sweden’s Digital Team. The role will support the delivery and coordination of graphical and asset information across a range of infrastructure and energy projects. Working alongside Information Managers, design teams and project stakeholders, you will contribute to model coordination, information quality assurance, model federation, clash validation and the management of project information within Common Data Environments (CDEs). This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience as a BIM Coordinator or in multidisciplinary infrastructure project delivery who is interested in developing their digital coordination and information management career. You will not be expected to be an expert in one specific software platform. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, curious and keen to learn recent technologies, systems and workflows. You should be able to apply digital solutions to real project challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate graphical and asset information across multidisciplinary infrastructure and energy projects.
• Support Information Managers, design teams and project stakeholders with digital delivery requirements.
• Undertake model reviews and information quality assurance checks.
• Federate models from different disciplines and identify coordination issues.
• Support clash detection, clash validation and the tracking of issues through to resolution.
• Manage and coordinate project information, metadata and associated documentation.
• Support the administration and effective use of Common Data Environment platforms.
• Assist with the review and implementation of project information standards, naming conventions and workflows.
• Help ensure that project information is accurate, complete, suitably structured and issued in accordance with agreed requirements.
• Work with teams across different disciplines to understand design processes and how they interact.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to digital processes and ways of working.
• Contribute to the development and standardisation of digital workflows, templates and procedures.
• Support the adoption of new technologies, automation and digital tools across the business.
• Communicate progress, issues and requirements clearly to project teams and stakeholders. Essential Experience and Skills
• Minimum two years’ experience in multidisciplinary project delivery within the infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Previous experience working as a BIM Coordinator.
• Experience working on infrastructure projects, preferably within the road or railway sectors.
• Good understanding of design processes and how different disciplines work together.
• Understanding of information management principles and processes within a delivery-focused environment.
• Experience using Common Data Environment platforms, such as:
• Bentley ProjectWise
• Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma
• ACC or other EDMS platforms
• Knowledge of relevant design and coordination software, including:
• AutoCAD
• MicroStation
• Navisworks
• iTwin
• Revit and/or Civil 3D
• ProjectWise
• Experience reviewing and coordinating models and project information.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured, organised approach to work.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion. Digital Mindset We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
• A genuine interest in digital innovation, BIM and information management.
• The ability to learn and apply new software, systems and workflows quickly.
• An understanding of how standardisation and automation can improve quality and efficiency.
• A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and developing practical solutions.
• A willingness to explore a broad range of digital tools and platforms rather than specialising in only one software package.
• The confidence to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
• A positive, solution-focused approach to technical and project challenges. Desirable Experience The following would be advantageous:
• Administration experience with CDE platforms such as Bentley ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud/Autodesk Forma or other EDMS solutions.
• Experience delivering model federation and clash detection or clash validation.
• Experience working with asset information, metadata and information requirements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps or Power BI.
• Experience with visualisation and rendering tools such as 3ds Max or similar.
• Experience supporting the development of BIM standards, workflows and digital delivery procedures.
• Knowledge of relevant information management standards and processes, such as ISO 19650. Personal Attributes The successful candidate will be:
