Role: Generative AI Support Engineer – AWS Bedrock

Experience:
3–5 Years (Mid-Level) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 5 Days a Week Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST (Monday to Thursday) Friday Flexible Early-Release Schedule: Friday's shift can end at 9:30 PM IST, provided the employee starts 3 hours earlier, at 12:30 PM IST. AWS CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY We are looking for a skilled Generative AI Support Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS Bedrock and Anthropic's Claude models to support enterprise AI deployments and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and availability of Claude-powered enterprise applications while providing technical assistance to internal users.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide enterprise-level technical support for Claude-powered applications and AWS Bedrock APIs.
• Assist with deploying, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining Anthropic Claude models on AWS Bedrock.
• Troubleshoot API integrations, model configurations, and backend AI infrastructure issues.
• Maintain SOC 2 Type 2 compliance through access controls, data governance, encryption, and audit logging.
• Monitor API performance, latency, error rates, and availability using AWS CloudWatch.
• Work with AWS IAM, KMS, Lambda, API Gateway, and basic cloud networking.
• Use Python or Node.js for debugging, scripting, and automation.




• Guide internal teams on prompt engineering and Generative AI best practices.
• Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in cloud support, AI infrastructure, or backend engineering.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock.
• Practical experience working with Anthropic Claude models (Claude 3/3.5 or newer).
• Valid AWS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with AWS IAM, KMS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Working knowledge of Python or Node.js.
• Experience working in a SOC 2 Type 2-compliant environment.
• Robust understanding of API troubleshooting and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in Bangalore during the specified shift timings. Preferred Qualifications
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional.
• AWS Certified Machine Learning or AI-related certification.
• Experience with enterprise Generative AI deployments and security compliance. Key Performance Indicators

• Maintaining high system uptime and platform availability.
• Ensuring strict SOC 2 Type 2 compliance.
• Providing effective enterprise user support and technical documentation.
