About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Intern to support the go-to-market and customer acquisition activities for a recent B2B SaaS product. The intern will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to identify prospective businesses, understand their operational challenges, introduce relevant solutions, schedule product demonstrations, follow up with leads, and support customer conversion. This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to B2B SaaS sales, technology sales, business development, lead generation, CRM, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential business customers across selected industries.
• Build and maintain a structured prospect database.
• Reach out to prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.




• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Qualify leads based on business requirements, interest, urgency, and decision-making capability.
• Introduce the product and explain its business value in a simple and professional manner.
• Schedule product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations after completing internal product training.
• Follow up with prospects after demonstrations and trial discussions.
• Maintain accurate lead information, notes, follow-up dates, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, lead-generation activities, and sales collateral.
• Share prospect feedback, objections, feature requests, and market observations with the product team.
• Assist with preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations when required.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach, qualified leads, demos, opportunities, and conversions.
