Team members join a growing business committed to style, comfort, and an excellent customer experience. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Pick Packer role based in Perambur. The Pick Packer is responsible for accurately picking items from inventory based on order slips, verifying product codes, sizes, and quantities, and preparing orders for packing. Daily tasks include neatly packing garments and accessories, labeling packages, and ensuring orders meet quality and presentation standards before dispatch. The role also involves maintaining organized storage areas, restocking shelves, assisting with inventory counts, and reporting any stock discrepancies or product damage.



The Pick Packer collaborates closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to help ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, checking, and packing orders.
• Basic inventory handling skills, including organizing stock, restocking items, and supporting regular stock counts.
• Ability to follow written instructions, read order sheets clearly, and handle product labeling and barcodes.
• Comfort with basic warehouse tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging cartons and packages safely.
• Good time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a cooperative attitude when working with team members and supervisors.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility towards meeting daily order targets.
• Prior experience in warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, or retail logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn product ranges (hijabs, abayas, accessories) to minimize errors and improve order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
