About the Role
We are looking for a committed, academically strong educator to teach small groups of autistic teenagers following the NIOS Secondary (Class 10) curriculum, helping them build subject knowledge, confidence and the skills needed to successfully clear their examinations. Both experienced educators and enthusiastic fresh graduates are welcome to apply. We value academic ability, dedication, patience and a genuine willingness to learn. Training and guidance in autism-specific teaching approaches will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Teach and adapt the NIOS Class 10 syllabus to suit different learning abilities.
• Plan structured, engaging lessons for small groups of autistic teenagers.
• Prepare students for examinations through revision, practice papers and mock tests.
• Track academic progress, syllabus completion and examination readiness.
• Use individualised teaching strategies, visual supports and structured learning methods.
• Collaborate with the teaching team and families to support student progress. Qualifications & Skills
• Strong academic foundation,



particularly in Class 10-level subjects, with excellent subject knowledge.
• Graduate in Education, Special Education, Science, Mathematics, English, Humanities or a related field.
• Ability to explain academic concepts clearly and adapt teaching to different learning needs.
• Robust organisational, communication and classroom-management skills.
• Patience, consistency, commitment and genuine interest in working with autistic teenagers.
• Experience in special education, autism or NIOS teaching is an advantage, but not mandatory.
