Role Description The Hiring AWS Cloud Trainer role is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The trainer will design, deliver, and continuously refine AWS cloud training programs for corporate professionals, fresh graduates, and technical trainees. Daily responsibilities include preparing course materials, lab exercises, and real-world project scenarios; conducting interactive classroom and workshop sessions; and assessing learner performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations. The role involves staying current with AWS services and best practices, updating content accordingly,



and collaborating with internal teams to align training outcomes with client and organizational needs. The trainer will also mentor participants, provide feedback on their progress, and support talent deployment for corporate hiring initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong AWS cloud expertise, including core services (compute, storage, networking, security) and hands-on experience with deploying, managing, and optimizing applications on AWS.
• Background in cloud computing and DevOps concepts, such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Experience in technical training or teaching, with the ability to design curricula, structure modules, and simplify complex technical topics for diverse learner groups.
• Skilled in creating practical labs, use-case driven projects, and assessments that reflect real-world industry requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage participants and encourage interactive learning.
• Proficiency in English and comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms to deliver and manage training programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving training needs and schedules.
