We’re looking for a Visual Design Intern who is passionate about design and wants hands-on experience across branding, marketing, digital, UI/UX, presentations, motion, and AI-assisted creative workflows. You’ll work closely with our Visual Designer and internal teams to turn ideas and business requirements into clear, engaging, and high-quality visual experiences. What You’ll Do First 30 Days: Learn & Build Context
• Understand goML’s business, brands, products, and visual communication.
• Learn our design systems, brand guidelines, templates, and workflows.
• Assist with social media, marketing, presentation, and internal communication creatives.
• Get familiar with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva,



presentation, video, and AI tools.
• Support visual research, moodboards, references, and creative exploration.
• Learn professional design production, file organization, and feedback workflows. By 60 Days: Execute & Contribute
• Create social media, LinkedIn, marketing, and internal communication creatives.
• Design and adapt presentations, banners, campaigns, and brand assets.
• Support Figma-based UI/UX and landing-page design.
• Assist with branding and event collateral.
• Create basic video edits and motion-based content.
• Use AI tools to explore and develop visual concepts.
• Manage multiple design requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver production-ready assets. By 90 Days: Own & Explore
• Take ownership of smaller design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, moodboards, and visual directions.
• Contribute to branding, marketing, digital, and UI/UX initiatives.
• Create polished presentations, marketing assets, videos, and digital visuals.
• Experiment with AI-assisted image and video workflows.
• Research emerging design trends and tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve design systems, templates, and workflows.



What We’re Looking For Must-Haves
• Pursuing or recently completed B.
Des, Visual Communication, BFA, Multimedia, UI/UX, or a relevant design discipline.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, composition, spacing, and colour.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and presentation tools.
• Basic understanding of video editing and motion design.
• Robust visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and translate them into visual solutions.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.
• Strong communication, ownership, and time-management skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating actual design work. Nice to Have
• Experience with Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Experience with branding, UI/UX, presentations, or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted design tools.
• Experience with tools such as Gemini/Nanobanana, Ideogram, Freepik, or similar platforms.
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS, and emerging digital products. What You’ll Get
