Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet.
• Understand their academic backgrounds, course preferences and learning requirements.
• Provide clear information about psychology programmes, course structure, fees and certification.
• Help candidates understand available learning options and address their concerns.
• Manage enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups until enrolment.




• Work towards monthly admission and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate enquiry records and admission updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate registrations and follow up on incomplete enrolments and pending payments.

• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain course information in simple language.
