Company Description SanRachna Creative Studio LLP (SRC) is a design-focused practice delivering architecture and execution projects across residential towers, hospitality, educational, commercial, and government developments. The studio works primarily in the United Kingdom and India, offering exposure to diverse design standards and contexts. SRC combines conceptual design with practical implementation, supporting projects from early ideation through completion. Team members collaborate closely with clients and consultants to create functional, sustainable, and visually compelling built environments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Vadodara. The Architect will participate in all stages of the design process, from concept development and schematic design to detailed drawings and coordination with consultants and contractors. Daily responsibilities include preparing architectural plans and 3D visualizations, reviewing building codes and regulations, contributing to design presentations, and supporting site coordination during execution. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is maintained, timelines are met, and project quality standards are upheld. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including spatial planning, building design, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as organizing project workflows, tracking milestones, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration where relevant to architectural workflows, including the ability to work with design tools, BIM platforms, and integrated digital systems.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in common architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with strong visualization and presentation abilities.
• Candidates should have a recognized degree in Architecture and any required qualified registration or eligibility as per local regulations.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with international projects, sustainable design practices, and coordination on construction sites will be considered an advantage.
