Role Description The Metallurgist will work full time in office at our Hyderabad location, supporting the design, optimization, and monitoring of metallurgical processes that underpin our operational capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting metallurgical analyses on materials, overseeing extractive metallurgy operations, and applying process control principles to ensure stable and efficient production. The role involves performing failure analysis on metals and components, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve material performance.



The Metallurgist will also be responsible for developing and refining leaching processes, documenting test results, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Metallurgy and Extractive Metallurgy, with practical experience in metallurgical testing and process development.
• Applied skills in Process Control for metallurgical or related industrial operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and stability.
• Experience in Failure Analysis of metals and components, including root-cause investigation and implementation of preventive measures.
• Hands-on knowledge of Leaching processes, including reagent selection, optimization of operating conditions, and performance evaluation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Ability to interpret technical data, use laboratory and analytical equipment, and prepare clear technical documentation.
• Awareness of relevant safety regulations and quality standards in metallurgical and industrial environments.
• Effective communication skills, collaborative working style, and the ability to contribute to cross-functional project teams.
