We specialise in sheet metal components, fabricated assemblies and welded structures for railway, automotive and industrial applications. Our manufacturing capabilities include laser cutting, CNC bending and forming, welding, machining, surface finishing, assembly and quality inspection. The Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our manufacturing team at our Oragadam facility. This is an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain practical, hands-on experience in a modern manufacturing environment and develop their technical and professional skills across various manufacturing functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Learn and support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
• Understand sheet metal manufacturing processes, including laser cutting, CNC bending, forming and fabrication.
• Gain exposure to welding processes such as MIG, TIG, spot and robotic welding.
• Assist in production planning, process improvement and shop-floor coordination.
• Support quality inspection and ensure products meet engineering drawings and specifications.
• Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Work with production, quality and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Participate in process improvement,



productivity and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain production records and other relevant manufacturing documentation. Eligibility & Requirements
• Diploma / B.
E. / B.
Tech graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates looking to build a career in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Positive attitude, initiative and ability to work as part of a team. What You Can Expect
