- Manager role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and executing video shoots for property showcases, corporate profiles, and marketing campaigns, including framing, lighting, and camera operation. The professional will manage end-to-end video editing workflows, from ingesting footage and organizing assets to cutting, sequencing, color grading, and sound integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging visual narratives, collaborating with marketing and sales teams on content concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all video outputs.



The Manager will also oversee motion graphics and basic graphic elements, maintain production schedules, manage equipment, and guide any support staff or vendors involved in video production. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production, including camera operation, lighting, and in office shoot management.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing capabilities, including timeline management, sound integration, and post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower thirds, simple animations, and visual enhancements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in creating marketing and promotional videos, ideally within real estate or a related sector, is advantageous.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are important.
• A relevant diploma or degree in film, media, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
