About the Role
We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and commercially minded International Business Development Intern to help expand Scale To Unicorn's global client base. You will work directly with the founding team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations with international business owners, qualify leads, schedule sales meetings, and support the conversion of prospects into paying customers. This role is ideal for someone who wants practical experience in international sales, client acquisition, negotiation, and startup growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential business clients in the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, business directories, prospecting tools, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and initiate professional conversations with decision-makers.




• Understand prospects' business challenges and identify opportunities for our marketing and AI automation services.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and buying intent.
• Schedule meetings and sales calls for the founding team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Assist in preparing proposals, sales pitches, and client presentations.
• Work toward measurable weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified meetings, and client acquisition. Who Should Apply?
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with international business owners and decision-makers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to make cold calls and handle rejection professionally.
• Interest in sales, business development, digital marketing, AI, or entrepreneurship.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup workplace.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Experience:
Freshers are welcome. Previous sales, telecalling, lead generation,
